My names Jake, I'm a 20 year old kid who found out he had celiac disease about 6 years ago at age 14 when I was in 8th grade. At first it was a challenge but as technology and the way foods are made, I honestly don't find it that much of a challenge anymore because everything that has gluten in it, you can almost always find a gluten-free version of the product
